Brief Class Descriptions:
Stretch and Strengthen-A 60 minute total body dynamic stretching
and strengthening workout. This workout is non impact, equipment free with roots in tai chi, physical therapy, and ballet.
Relax Release Restore-A gentle 45 minute total body dynamic stretching and strengthening workout.
This workout is equipment free with an emphasis on pain relief and mobility.
Floor Workout and Ball Rollout-A 30 minute mat workout including dynamic stretching and strengthening exercises. Participants may choose
to stay for the therapuetic roll out session utilizing latex or tennis balls.
Express Workouts are 30 minutes.
