Brief Class Descriptions:

Stretch and Strengthen-A 60 minute total body dynamic stretching and strengthening workout.  This workout is non impact, equipment free with roots in tai chi, physical therapy, and ballet.

Relax Release Restore-A gentle 45 minute total body dynamic stretching and strengthening workout.  This workout is equipment free with an emphasis on pain relief and mobility.  

Floor Workout and Ball Rollout-A 30 minute mat workout including dynamic stretching and strengthening exercises.  Participants may choose to stay for the therapuetic roll out session utilizing latex or tennis balls.

Express Workouts are 30 minutes.

Monday 9 am  Express (30 minutes)

Tuesday 6:00 pm Stretch and Strengthen (60 minutes)

Wednesday 9:00 am Relax Release Restore (45 minutes)

Thursday 6:00 pm Stretch and Strengthen (60 minutes)

Friday 9 am Relax Release Restore Express (30 minutes)

Saturday 9 am Stretch and Strengthen (60 minutes) 35 minutes standing, 25 minutes floor
